The term “social distancing” is a bit misnomer. While it’s true we need to keep our bodies apart to prevent spreading germs, that doesn’t mean we need to navigate this challenging time on our own. If we are isolated, we’re likely to feel more fearful and overwhelmed. Instead, we get to experiment with various ways to connect, support and enjoy each other’s companionship. We can share ideas, inspirations, comfort, hardships, frustrations, stories, artistic expressions, commiserations, insights, musings, joy and on! We are in this together.
