Our Practice

We are a child-centered cooperative preschool near SE 30th and Hawthorne. Play is a key part of our preschool day. Numerous studies show that a positive preschool environment where play is the main focus can help a student achieve academic and social success later.

Hoopla was so much fun this year! Our thanks to Greasy Kids Stuff, Rick Huddle, School of Rock, Do Jump, and Oaks Park for helping make this a very successful event. Thanks to all that helped support HFP through the various fundraising events that night. The food was terrific, and the music and dancing were wonderful. We can’t wait for next year!
